Phyllis Reagin is the Founder of At the Coach’s Table and the creator of the Hello Inner Genius framework. A seasoned Executive & Leadership Coach and recognized Imposter Syndrome expert, she has spent her career helping leaders unlock their confidence, harness their strengths, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
Before founding At the Coach’s Table in 2019, Phyllis was a studio executive at a major entertainment company, where she experienced firsthand the unique challenges of leading teams in fast-paced, high-stakes industries. Drawing on this experience, combined with her deep expertise in leadership psychology and neuroscience, she now partners with leaders and teams across the entertainment, media, and sports industries to elevate their impact.
Over the past decade, Phyllis has coached and trained trailblazers from top companies including Netflix, Amazon MGM Studios, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Apple TV+, and Paramount Global,
